Lugia gagged and wet

Lugia tied up by Ho'oh in revenge for leaving her tied in bell tower.
Ho'oh has discovered "another way" to use pokéballs. Guess...
Still not finished the complete composition, i have to draw Ho'oh. Sorry for making you wait so much for the whole thing.
