Chicago: Clean or Conquer cover

Well, a cover illustration for one of the games we are making at university: Chicago Clean or Conquer.

The picture tries to enphasize the battle for the city. The great collision between the "good" and the "bad", the light and the shadow, the police and gangsters, Ellidog Ness' untouchables and Al Catone's gangsters.
The two confronted faces represent this conflict while the faces being a cat and a dog represent both factions the Canine Untouchables and the Feline Gangsters. The city behind them shows the scenery and the prize: the control over Chicago. The fact that the sun is rising is a symbol for the upcoming battle.

One city. Order and control or illegality and chaos. Which one will you choose?

It was done using Adobe Illustrator. After some initial, pretty complicated designs and time running away my mind fetched out for some inspiraton and this was born.
